My EF problems.

ok so here it is, i installed the game and on the way 3 errors came up, i tried to 'Retry' around 20times wasnt happening. So i ignored it. I start up bf2 as usual and try to play but it says i havent purchased the game, so i came on here and noticed that theres a thread on the nickname thing and gamespy, so i put my gamespy name to my bf2 name, nuke9005

so i then start up the game to see if this makes a difference but it doesnt everytime i try to connect to a server the screen goes blank...and takes me back to desktop, closing the game.

its not even on my custom games list. so can i say.... WTF!!!!!!

Please give me help or tell me how to uninstall so i can reinstall and see if the errors still come up.

EF doesnt show up in the custom game thing in the game. does it show any EF maps in the singleplayer screen?

yeah it shows the map, just for curiousity, the errors that came up where the files in the maps, so i opened up the EF folder 'My Computer' and tried to open the Client file and the Server files in some. And they didnt work, i think i just need to reinstall (hopefully) can someone instruct me how to please?
