How to Avoid a Claymore

everyone seems to hate these things now, they can be such a pain.

but here are a couple of ways to get around them.



One scenario is coming head on with a Claymore. What should you do? Easy, just go past them from the side...as long as you dont pass infront of their censory range, you can walk right past them from the side.

2nd is if you come from the side and need to get past it. cant walk infront of it, and there may be a wall behind it. What to do??? Jump! Yes, just run and jump write over that thing.

also if youre an engineer, if you come at them from the sides or behind you can remove them with your wrench

can someone tell me what good the red skulls are now that EA has turned the claymore off for friendly fire? i hate them now...now everybody just throws them around without thinking about where to place them...it's just like nade spamming in the old game...sucks!

From the front there really isn't any way possible unless you're a sniper and can zoom in on the words printed on the front saying, in English, "face towards enemy". From a side angle, the claymore is curved and the part that sticks out is the triggering side.

Just walk right up to it. If you blow up, it's the bad side


P.S I play engineer quite a bit and I didn't know you could pick them up with your rench! Good stuff!
