We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
hi,
i have installed EF but i dont see any EF servers in my list (i see over 500 servers btw). is there not many servers or what? can someone please give me an IP to a EF server that is running to see if i can connect. I am confused
perhaps i didnt say that properly, are there any EF maps?? I am not seeing any of them in the map list, surely there must be a few servers running a EF map at any given moment...
Umm.....yea there were EF servers on tuesday, thats how i found out itw as pre realeased. Just filter by map, type in great wall for instance. I did that today and got a multitude of servers.
Thats because EF is not a separate game, it is only three maps that can be put into vanilla bf2 rotations....
It was a stupid decision on EA/Dice's part to implement the 3 new maps this way. Unless you find servers that are running NOTHING BUT EF maps you face a problem that I've already run into TOO MANY times. You finally give up on finding one of the EF maps through the browser and jump in a server hoping that it is running the EF maps. You ask in chat text whether it is and find out it's your lucky day, they are running the EF maps! Then when it changes from a vanilla map to the EF map, the population drops from 64 to 8!!! WTF??? With the size of those maps, they SUCK with anything less than 32 players. That's no way to introduce a booster pack! The servers running those maps need to be dedicated, or the booster pack is gonna fail miserably!
Midnight eXpress -Euro Forces is running EF 24/7. It's an East Coast server IP 69.31.96.59:16567.
If EF could be implemented into the Vanilla Map List, then why can't SF. For the idea to work proparly, the Gamer would have to own BF:EF anyway, which most don't that is why you see the Server drop after a EF map is loaded. Also, you don't need to put your SF disk in to run SF? It would be awesome to play on a Server that was playing BF:SF:EF:AF all in the same rotation.

First off...thanks for the server info, I'll definitely check it out tonight.
I gotta disagree with you though on the idea of running all the maps together on single servers. It would be a total mess, for exactly the same reason I brought up earlier. Unless eveyone owned every version/expansion pack/booster pack and liked ALL of the versionsandmaps, you'd have the same problem. One map you'd have 64 players the next one you may lose 50 of those, because they don't like that version or that map. Then who knows whether anyone would come back for the next map? Most likely NOBODY would be dumb enough to hang around and refreshing their browser, waiting for a map they liked to come up on that server. They'd move on, of course.
EF should be run on dedicated servers and show up in the browser just like BF & SF. Otherwise, you have a clusterf$$k, which is where it stands right now as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm wrong though, if so let me know what I'm missing.
P.S. I may try the all seeing eye as some have suggested, but it shouldn't be necessary.
