No, because there is no such thing as a Euro theater. The maps all take place in either the Middle East or China, hence Middle East or China theaters. -

Odd. I think they are wrong, thats the only stat site so far showing it. The booster was advertised as having one new award, the medal. If by some strange chance there really is a ribbon for time in theater then DICE needs to look up the definition of theater of war. There can be no Euro theater without maps that are set in Europe, just like there is no US theater ribbon (at least not until Armored Fury).Originally posted by Sir. JaxxComment

But theres no SAS or SEALs theaters either but they have ribbons. But ya unfortunately I doubt theres a ribbon as BF2s doesnt have it and I have never seen mention of it before unlike the medalOriginally posted by TheGhost

Good point about the SF ribbons, I don't have SF so didn't think of that. BFplayer has looked in the code of the EF, the awards file, and apparently there is a ribbon.
DICE doesn't know s*** about the awards, remember the Air service ribbon on SF?

Theater is the place where the battle takes place, I couldn't care less if DICE is too stupid to understand that when designing their awards. Out of all the stats sites, BF2Player is the only one showing the ribbon, I think they are wrong. The ribbon was never mentioned before by DICE, the medal was.Comment

I just thought that time in theater just ment the amount of time you played that team. Like theater would have its literal meaning, like a play, when your playing the game you are acting out a play. So when you play the certin forces you get the "time in theater"

Its probably in the game but you cant get it for some mysterious reason :p. Unlike the SF Aerial ribbon which has an obvious reason.
Good to know though,
Id really love the EU medal but ill never get in 250 hours with EU, so ill get the ribbon over the course of a few months i guess.
