Problems unlocking after SF install.

Hi everyone. Im having probs with unlocks. I just hit the 5000 Point mark I have 2 unlocks left to use. I want to unlock some of the special forces weps but its not giving me an options to..

Ive unlocks the G36k, the G3, and the Medic LS81 or whatever it is. After I had those 2 unlocks I installed Special forces and euro force. But I still only see the original weps... Shouldnt I see the Scar-L and the G36E since I have the tier 1 weps already unlocked?

You have to play and register at least 1 point on a Ranked Special Forces server.

Then log out and back in.

That Works. I had kinda wondered but of course I am a lazy ass And of course im at work now and the dang firewall blocks the ports to join servers :P heheh so i gotta wait till I get home. But thanks for the info.

Well now I just noticed that when I try to join an SF game it says "blah blah blah use unmodified content."

Any clues. Or has EA and its normal crap going to make me completely uninstall everything and reinstall repatch it all..

Ok now I am having even more problems. Now when I try to join a SF server it says to use an unmodified or current version.

I've been having problems getting my tier 2 unlocks. I know the drill, play a round and score a point. Well, I've been playing SF for a while and have the M95 and the PKM unlocked in BF2. But SF hasn't even hinted that I can unlock these weapons. Is there something wrong with BFHQ because it's not updating at all (and yes I'm on a Ranked server)?

In SF your unlocks are as follows:

Spec Ops = G36C
Assault = G3
Sniper = M95
Engineer = JackHammer
Anti-Tank = DAO-12
Medic = L86
Support = PKM

In regular BF2 you have your standard weapons and 2 levels of unlocks. For example with the USMC Sniper kit in regular BF2 you have the M24, M95, and L96. In SF you only get 1 unlock. BFHQ takes a bit to update on weekends, and since it's still summer break for most there are more people playing online since kids are not in school.

You need to reinstall the full 1.3 patch. When you installed SF, it downgraded your version, of which you now need to repatch to 1.3.
