ts keeps breakin up

hi guys my friend just formatted his pc installed every thing now when he join a bf2 game he ts sound breaks up alot when he talk to my clan.
can any one help with this matter please.
my current set up is
amd 32x64bit
1xgig ram
radeon x550 pci
80 gig hd
nvivdia nforce audio

I've had this problem before, its VERY annoying isnt it :P
try turning audio to hardware in BF2, or in the teamspeak options change it from wave to directsound or vice versa
worked for me.

iv bin having the same prob but only if a join a squad weird i no but to solve it i turned in game voip of in the settings now its fine.

no joy with them guys hes already tryed them before.
its mad he said it went like this before an he altered some thing to get it workin but cant rember what it was he did.
any more sugestions would be great guys if ya can think of any

I get this when someone on my network uses skype.

Guess what, ive blocked skype. :)

Try different codecs in TS.

Maybe its an actual hardware issue. Maybe his mic is going.

If it just happens when he starts BF2 or another CPU-intensive game all he needs to do is press ctrl+alt+delete and right click on the process and increase its priority from normal to higher than normal or above.

If it happens all the time it's probably packetloss. TS uses UDP-packets that lack any error correction.
