Bomber payload choice?!?

Not been in a bomber properly in a little while, but today I saw something today that I've never seen before as the co-pilot in the SU-34.

Having not seen this before, and changing the selection making no difference I assume this is a glitch introduced in either 1.2 or 1.21?

Been that way as long as I can remember, doesn't actually do anything though.

yah, been there always..... Just showing how weapon switching works, would be nice if they put in a payload idea....

They have the same for the attack helicopter gunner I think

might be nice if the made it a weapon selection between manual guidance and laser locked

Except in helicopters, the two weapons modes are different.

Didn't seem to make a difference which one I selected whilst playing gunner

THe gunner gets TV missiles and also the chaingun.

My mistake. I mistook the time I saw that in a jet with my heli flying time..

Although I could swear I saw two black missile options on the AH-1Z before..

can helicopters have locked on missiles like the one with the F-15 gunner?

i didnt think so... i thought tv guided was only option.

He's talking about the chaingun and TV guided missiles. No, helo gunners only get one type of missile but they do have an option to switch weapons. My guess is this is something left over from the testing days when perhaps the bombers had guided and unguided bombs.

It be nice, if they make one the laser guided missile, and the other one, a laser guided Air to Air, lol.
