are the new weapons worth $9.99?

I want to get EF but just for the weapons, I have no intention of playing the game at all other than to get the new weapons. so I was wondering if you guys with EF think the weapons are worth paying $9.99. Thanks.

No, only because you can't use them in regular BF2. Actually, you don't get to use them much in EF either since 95% of the fighting is vehicular.

I'm going to do a more detailed write-up after I log some more time on all 3 maps, but the initial outlook isn't favorable.
