Missing Sounds?

Recently decided to try my hand with the helos.
I noticed while flying the MEC heli last night, I would be losing health and taking damage, but there was no sounds to go with it. If you are piloting a helo and are being shot at by AA or a challenger do you normally hear the hits?

Ummm, I don't think so - some of the smaller stuff belts you without sounds. Obviously the Cannon from F15 etc you hear, but otherwise I'm in the same boat (or chopper) - health getting worse and no sound... :)

There was a few times where I thought I had been sniped, until I read the screen that said ******* Challenger2 CapNHagen

it's bugs from the last 2 patches that did not get fixed. just have to wait for another patch.

also there is an alterlery sound bug as well. It sounds like the alterlery is being prefired when you actually fire them.
