I get this after I hit the purchase button. I have tried hitting the back button and refreshing. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

i got that too. I went back (back button), re-typed info in the fields and submited it again. It did work after that.

It means your credit card is maxxed out.

Kill EAD

Delete everything in the cache folder in the EA Downloader folder.

Restart EAD and it should work ok. (it's often a postcode problem).

No it doesn't.

I got the same error and just deleted the cache files to get it working.

your card may be maxed, or you may have to delete downloader cache
