Man my ping is messed
To tell you the truth i dont know what it means.
like it wasnt always high and now it is.

Could someone tell em what ping means?

and Secoundly
How can i fix this to put it back where it was below a hundred?

Ping is how long it take for ip packets to get from your system to the server you are networking to. They kick for high ping because a high pinger brings everyone down.

Whenever I've had ping issues updating PunkBuster has been the ticket.

Try some line tests at:

https://www.dslreports.com/tools

Also, download pingplotter from www.pingplotter.com and do some traceroutes to a few BF2 servers. It will show you graphically where the problem lies, then you can contact your ISP with the information.

I always do my server browser sort based on ping, rather than map. That way I'm more likely to get something that is closer to me, which in theory should be better ping.
