Lol, that was a great old skit on MadTV.

You know, the best voice acting I've ever heard in a game was from the German developer that made the RTS game Codename:Panzers. Even the way the Germans speak english in the cutscenes sounds great. Maybe Dice should get their phone numbers.

This actually leads to an idea for a funny BF2 movie clip (like the Brokeback Battlefield). Put together clips of all the different US and non-US dudes and voice over things with the worst fake accents (or doing impressions of a famous person of that nationality) in place of what is really said in the game. For MEC you could do something like "durka durka, jihad jihad" like Team America. Or a Jack Nicholson impression of "We're losing this battle, start fighting or I'll find someone who can".

Hanz and Franz could do a better job and they were from Canada, Heck isn't most of the cast from SNL from Canada :)
