2 PC's 1 game

I was just wondering, me and my brother have seperate PC's and both want to download Euro force but does this mean we would have to purchase it two times or just use the same one ???

Purchase it two times if you expect to be able to play together.

Using 1 copy for 2 people is piracy.

Another question ??? does this mean we would have to make 2 seperate EA acounts but with the same Credit card details ??

Yes, you'd have to make two different ea.com accounts but can use the same CC.
