Uber-Mensch that means that the un-installer for IE7 is borked. Hate to tell you this but about the only way to fix it is to re-install Windows, unless you happen to have a restore point that goes back to before you installed IE7 (and that can bring a whole host of other problems depending on what you have installed etc. in between).
You might get away with a repair install instead of a full install. About the only other thing you can try to unistall it is to get a complete copy of the uninstall folder to replace yours from someone and hope that works.

To you have tabs in IE? If so then you have IE7. Might want to have a good look at that screen shot you posted, it is referencing the uninstaller for IE7. Also have a look in Add/Remove Programs (make sure show updates is checked) and scroll through the list and see if IE7 is listed.
BTW the location that is referenced in the SS is a hidden folder. If you haven't done it already, go to Folder Options and on the View tab make sya "Show hidden files and folders". The go to the location shown in your SS and take another SS of the contents of the folder and post it back here.
Ok I did that and look it says that I can't find it cause it doesn't exist. So I guess I don't have to re-install widows? I also am positve it is not listed in the add/remove progs.
I have had the core.exe error for the longest time and tried just about all i could find in numerous forums. Here is something else you CORE ERROR guys might try. It's quick, simple and it doesn't waste a lot of time if it doesn't work. I will give you a few steps I did to FINALLY get my EA Downloader to work and my Euro Forces to run.
I opened up IE clicked help and selected "About Internet Explorer" right there will show you exactly what version you are running. If you are running IE7 revert back to other post of how to remove IE7 and install IE6. I was running IE6 and still getting the core.exe error.
Run MSCONFIG and select the services tab. Under that uncheck the app_filter, apply and then restart. After that my EA Downloader started on startup and opened with no problem. I was able to download EF and AF and install them within about 3hrs.
It couldn't hurt to try. I was pretty stoked a friend of mine told me this. Mad props to my boy thechickns.
Also if you guys are already updated to the 1.3 patch, i hope you got the full version, installing either EF or AF after the 1.3 patch you will recieve modified content error. At least I did. I know this issue has been posted elsewhere, but I figured i'd throw it all together here.
