    Trouble purchasing EuroForces

If I try to logon at EA to buy the addon I get 'User not known' message

If I try to add my Username with my usual BF2 logon name I get 'User Already Registered'

That's a bit Zen are they taking the mickey :)

I simply want to buy/download EuroForces as I did for Special Wotsits but my registered handle lies somewhere in Limbo can anyone help thanks

    Moved.

You have to create a separate EA account first and log in to the Downloader with that...once you have entered your credit card info, it'll ask you to which BF2 (i.e. GameSpy) account you wish to attach EF.

      Thanks Talus

This was what was concerning me Talus. I play and have an account as DanSaint UserID

You're saying I need to create another separate EA account are you?

I didn't want to have two EA accounts, seems one too many and confusing but this new second account (with another logon ID username/password) is not the same as my player account then, it's not a callsign to actually play under - thanks mate!

Congratulations you have posted the 100th message about the same thing, even though its a sticky and the same thread in 4 times on the first page.

You free gift, an oversized search button, is in the post.

How on earth are so many people trying to use there BF2/Gamespyid account details for an EA webpage

No idea pal and why are you asking me anyway :)

My theory: is it to annoy people who can't resist posting complaints about people posting asking for help? Try to resist the call to post stuff like that it clogs the works up and adds nothing to the multifarious EA-incited threads

I am from Devon does that help :)
