Look at that i got the username and gamespy nickname (bf2 username) exactly the same but it is still saying i need to go and buy EF... someone tell me what to do please!

HI,

A mate had the same problem, I see you have signed in to EA as davanderson11111, thats ok
But your gamespy or BF2 name should go in the boxes below, I guess
[TM]Dave is your game name, if soi thats ok too.
But if you have [TM] as a clan prefix you need to sign in with just Dave.

Nope, I looked him up in BF2S.com and his full login is [TM]Dave.

a member on EA UK forums was advised by an admin there to contact the UK support line.
