Help with EF install

I doesn't even work! I just bought it and installed it but it is nowhere on my computer. No desktop shortcuts nothing. When I install it it only takes a split second. I looked at the .zip file "DATA1, DATA2, and ENGINE" nad It said no archives found. I downloaded and installed it twice. DON'TA WASTE YOUR MONEY. EA knows about this problem because when I click "ask a question" in customer support it say's "Page unavailable, Error". Those are some shady bastards at EA!

Yeah, its not like SF. You just run vanilla BF2 and the new maps will show in the browser. The new booster is just a content addition to the normal BF2, nothing funky like SF.

You have to use the downloader to install the game, please read the FAQ http://www.totalbf2.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62042 and yeah, what they said, it doesn't create desktop icons or anything like that. It adds maps and another team to BF2.

Did you read the FAQ ? - you used the wrong name is my guess, everyone seems to think they can put anything they want in there. Read the FAQ
