BF2's gun sound is worse than the 5 dollar BB gun find at crash store, I dont know how they come up with those sounds when they have so many real FPS examples.
CS:S, and one of there own stuff Black... and there's no way to change it and play ranked game

I think my SB X-Fi is good enough, or do i need better sound card to hear "real" gun sound not sound that is weaker than popin balloon

ya besides the guys screaming (one if the best scream i ever heard in game) those guns sound were horrible, i cant even imagine how they recorded them, or did they just make sounds that sound like they shooting (which i dont ever think so) I cant ever fell my floor shakin with my sub turned to max( logitech z5500)

I Agree ...............a bit.

There is definit room for improvement. Not the sounds themselves but actualy the Exacution of them morso.
The sounds In genral I find to be very impressive as well as emersive.

The toaly overlooked exacution I speak of is not the sounds in the game.
But the lack of diversion between them.
EA always talked about haveing content for both younger and older players.
Wich is in most part true. Becouse evryone who plays, likes this game.
And so do I.
But the sound was left in the DUST.

The divider that is missing? RADIOCHATTER!
One feature on wich dice hass totaly overlooked ?

Ther is no option in the menu to turn of the radio chatter.
With this huge Bungle made by EA. Radio chatter will drown out almost every sound Dice has tweaked and tested.

Explosions to footsteps of the enemy. 5.1 6.1 7.1 surround...It just dosent matter.
Eny one of these most impressive sounds can, and probably will fall victim to.

So without reading enyfurther the ones who carry the same viewpoint as me
will probably be Pasting a smiley face in the posts after this one.

I would Like greatly to have the option of chucking that frikin radio onto the ground. And stompin the hell out of it.
Also with the option of turning off the radio chatter another plus wich I could not see having a downside at all for the more seasoned scout, Would be to remove the message radio bar on the left hand side.
This way I can regain an extra 2 inchis out of my already jumble message board that wich is BF2.

Becouse lets face IT all. We realy dont need to here somthing coming over the earphones as well as to read it for a 27 year old human being to understand what the child is yelling about. And this is where my piont arrives at its end ....So he seen a tank... in battlefield 2. I got it.

No Diversion.

To bad to, BF has got some Kick but sounds.:cry:
