maybe the person you were shooting at was on drugs...I remember hearing this story of a shoot out between a cop and a drugged out guy. The cop fired 18 shots before the guy finally stopped shooting at the cop...16 of them hit the guy, 3 of those hit the guy in the head. Talk about freaky.Comment
