EA Downloader Core Error

EA Downloader doesn't work. It did for SF, but not now. It just comes up with an error entitled Core, with no text.

It then displays a blank form.

What is going on.

Anyone? I can't find anything on Google, except a thread in this forum which doesn't say anything about fixing it.

Its a common error, I haven't had it but EA is supposedly working on it.

The error is caused by IE7.

This is the error but I don't have IE 7 or the Beta is there another reason?

yes, some of us also had a problem who didn't have IE7. Here is the solution...
