  • My Account???

    I think I was billed twice for the game as there are 2 emails that are identical in my inbox.

    The email says to goto EA.com and login and goto My Account.

    First, there isn't a place to login at EA.com...but there is after you goto support. But nowhere at all are the words My Account anywhere at all.

    Where is it EXACTLY????

    You probably did buy it twice if you have 2 identical messages, did you use a different account each time or the same one?? email customer support.

      No, same account.

      After I entered my personal info, addy, mc info etc and went to the next screen, it said my address was unintelligible and to go back a page and recheck it...so I did.

      It worked the 2nd time and I began the EA downloader install and the rest is history.

      The 2 emails are labled as "EA Billing Info Update". They are both 100% identical, and neither one mentions how much money was charged, or any mention of a purchase at all.

      Here it is:

      "Your Billing Info has been updated, as you requested. Should you need to change
      this information again in the future, please login at EA.com and go to the "My
      Account" section at http://www.ea.com.

      If you have questions or need EA Customer Support, please reply to this email
      with your question included. Or if you prefer, simply go to the “Help” link
      at http://www.ea.com.

        I think they have a company policy to make purchase confusing and difficult for customers so they can screw them out of money.
