adding more ppl to you death list

this may sound stupid to some,
but its really bugging me on how it works exacally.

when i 1st played bf2 i killed some guy 3 times and he was on my list,then some time later i killed someone else 5 times so they got added,but.....

i have killed the same person 5,6,7times and that player is ranked higher than me and yet i still dont get them as a favorite victim.

im thinking is it beacuse someone else has killed them more times than that?

any info on this will be helpfull and thanks.

p.s im not worryed about getting loads of ppl on my list just wondering how they get on there.

i think they have to be killed in a row by you... If you kill someone twice in a row, then someone else kills them, then you kill them again twice in a row. It doesn't count as 4 in the list, as it wasn't 4 in a row.

The lowest I have seen is 3 in a row though. Seems like a hat trick of somekind to get them on your board.

Is it really in a row? Are you sure it's not just in a round. I have someone on my list I killed 22 times, and I can't imagine how that could be in a row.

if it is "in a row" then it seems pointless and relativly imposible to get more than 1 in a row unless a medic revies them.

i thought it was in a round as well but then again i no for a fact i killed the person 5-7 times in a round and had nothing ,so maybe it is in a row but cant see why whats wrong with IAR

I dont think its in a row....I know I didnt kill...whoever is my top guy 13 times in a row...and I knwo the guy who is my worst enemy didnt kill me 8 times in a row.

I think it just is who has killed them most in a round. If your worst enemy has killed you 5 times in one round before, and joe bob kills you 6 times in one round, then you will be added to their list.

The list just represents how many people see you as a worst enemy.

This system doesn't make very much sense. First of all the highest guy on my list was a guy waiting in line for the jet at USMC carrier on Wake.

I killed him 10 times and many people in between....

However, I wish the system worked more efficiently, I know some people that aren't on my list I have killed 10-15 times in one round....it just doesn't make any sense.

Best way to test it all is to jump on a 16 player map with only a couple cats and school'em all. Then you can see if they populate your list.

Maybe just find a server where there are a lot of AFK players respawning. "Sorry this is for the good of the community" as you are shooting them AFK.

ive seen ppl that are on the list with 1....

also, i dont think a medic revive would count, as they do not receive a death on the scoreboard until they respawn

Im also kinda curious, more from the worst death side, im sure i must have been killed by the same person more than the 6 it says in my stats.
But for victims my No1 is 6 and my No2 is 8 which doesnt make much sense to me........ but someone will have explained all this in a matter of moments no doubt........

just finished a round on sharki and i got some guy 3 times and he was hunting me for the rest of the round he got me 2 times in a heli but i got him 9 times and now he is on my list :)
