Ok, EA officialy has ****ed me off. I won't even watch my langauge cuz Im so ****in ****ed at these pricks. These little bastards will need to stop making all their downloadable crap into Win XP and start making them for 2000 too. I mean everyone knows that XP is just like 2K except with more of an "apple" look. Little pricks sure think it's funny to make things for XP only when they know that their OS sucks the big donkey balls.

Its the same for XP64. However there is an extension for Firefox which will send fake OS info to the site your visiting, i.e instead of the site recogniseing you useing windows 2000 it will think your useing windows XP

You know that BF2 isn't even supported on W2K don't you?

Of course you did but you that it does EA are supposed to make sure everything else works with your OS.

No matter what you say, if EA say that the game only runs under XP then don't complain when it turns out to be true for the support products, i.e. the EA Downloader.


Eden, I have a link to the EAD (zipped) that runs under XP64. Once you have the file it's ok as like you said, it's the browser that does the check.
