there is no line or download location selection.

you just download the EA Downloader program. and if you have already purchased EF online, then it should say in the Downloader window that its ready to instal.

you just hit that, and the download begins....only taking about 30min for me, and its like 350MB

For my 512Kb connection, it took about an hour and a half. :)

You will get 400MB per hour per 1mbit of connection speed you have.... you do the maths for your own line. This is obviously if your getting full speed which most peoiple should get. for example:

512K = 2 hours
1mbit = 1 hour
2mbit = 30 mins

etc, etc, this is rounding the filesize up and the averaging so it will vary be a little either way.

i got mine in half an hour with 2mb, it didnt display DL rates, but it was nice and quick for such a large file

took more then 1h , freaking long , some das ago I was downloading from microsoft and got speeds up to 1400Kb/s , think booster pack was like 50 or something, installation was extremelu fast

booster pack is 370 megs, i downloaded it in about 15 minutes but i was one of the first to find it so i had blazing speeds of 2000 ks a second
