what i dont like about the whole flying thing is the way the pilot spots enemy armour and stuff. targets should not appear in the hud unless spotted by someone from your team with said designator. with that u could implement the laser thingy, ppl would use it to spot stuff and *bling* the target appears in the pilots hud. now as it is, everything just appears in the hud making covert ops with vehicles impossible......

I remember that in some interview, old one, they said that no one used the laser thinggy so they removed it.

And no, laser designators would just make bombing too easy.

it's not hard now. Using the gunners bombs are easy as well.

You don't have to get a lock, just fire and guide it down.
