Getting server ranked

Can someone tell me how to get a server ranked? Is this free? I couldnt find anything useful using search.

You have to rent one from a trusted partner. I'm not sure where you're from but in the UK there's Multiplay.co.uk, Game2xs.com, Jolt.co.uk and a few others.

I am in the US. I was hoping to run my own server at my own co location. So what you are saying is there is no way to run your own ranked server without shelling $ out?

They're trying to make sure you can't tamper with the server files, which is why you have to rent from a Trusted Partner.
