A Simple error results in my not being able to play :-(

Well I made a stupid error, hehe that I contribute to being tired ;-\ when entering details before paying/downloading EF it asked for agamespy username, I stupidly entered my EA username - it accepted it it making me think everything was grand.
Downloaded & installed EF - load up game went into single player & choose Great wall & bang got this error.

You cannot join this server without having
the battlefield 2: Euro Forces Booster pack
installed.

WTF I have it installed, is it because I used a different gamespy username from downloading SF, am I buggered & now required to purchase a second copy of EF?
A well next time I do something like this I'll have a few strong coffee's beforehand ^ ^

When you installed Euro Forces, it mentioned something about changing the GameSpy account EF was attached to, just load up your EA account or load up the EA downloader and look around and see if you can re-enter the gamespy account name.

Have I made the same misstake. My Battlefeild 2 logon game username is dogfighter-uk, my ea account is dogfighteruk and the gamespy account i used is maxmo2@supant.com.
I have perchesed but not downloaded yet as i am in work?????

what is the gamespy account user name exactly?
is it an email address, your ingame nick or what?

There is a fix for this. I think you go under your gamespy account and just edit it. Search the threads. I remember two or three people saying something like that worked for them.
