Both Single player and local server say that I cannot play without the Euro forces booster installed. The maps are in my maplist, but won't run. I tried to join a Euro Forces server with a few people in it and it hung. Then I tried to join a regular BF2 server and it hung. I've rebooted and tried it with the same results. I've tried it on both of my accounts, trying to get it running and no luck.

I can't find a way to uninstall or reinstall the booster so my next step is a full BF2 uninstall/ reinstall unless someone can come up with something else to try.

Any ideas?

Did you all set up the BF2 account you use to run EF? I think you do this in the EA downloader.

got an error immediately after clicking "Pay Now." i was about to do it again but i fortunately checked EA downloader and saw that it's already there! i mean, had i tried again i would've probably been charged TWICE!

then, i tried to install it and guess what? got an error AGAIN! closed EA downloader, installed again and this time, everything went fine.

I'm already a bit upset about the whole thing so please stop being a smartass.

Fact is I DO HAVE THE GAME CODE! But it won't let me download it even though they already have my 10$, actually it was 20 Swiss francs to be precise.

somehow the "secure" ea website that isn;t actually totally secure managed to swap my name for half of someone elses while leaving my surname with some form of encryption left overs.. well done ea.
