Thanks for the info above. We need to buy more than one booster (for multiple computers and legit BF2 licenses), is it possible to buy these multiple copies using downloader but assign each one to a different nick? Only one of us has a credit card, so billing info must be the same... It seems the downloader does not have any means to change purchase quantities.

Maybe you can help me.

I have contacted EA Tech Support, but I am getting absolutely nowhwere with them.

I have tried absolutle everything in your FAQ, I wont list it all, but really I have.
I have completely rebooted XP and reinstalled BF2, SF, Patch 1.21, EF and Patch 1.22 (in that order)
Turned off my firewall, didnt bother installing Norton.
Made sure my game name and EA Downloader names match EXACTlY (they do)

But still EF will not work (I have no problems with any vanilla maps or SF)

You mentioned something about the entitlement check before an EF map will load. Now I am 99.9% sure this is where my problem lies. I have a very long pause whilst this check goes on and then I get booted straight back to the must purchase message. I beleive there is a problem with my account back at EA.

Please will you look into it for me?

I have tried asking Tech Support to looki into it, but they keep avoiding my question, I dont know why?

Some new info relevant to the original question here, "You can change your Gamespy nickname up to 3 times per week."

Why not an infinite number of times?

I also have 2 accounts on my PC - one for my brother, one for me. We both play daily. What do you suggest? Can I buy another copy of the booster pack (Armoured Fury in my case) and bind one copy to my account and one to my brother's? Will this work?
