Squad play is a must or very much asked for ?

I have been commander lately and it is very very annoying when you have 2 squads and loads of individuals. Makes the Commander a waste of time.

I assume there is no way to talk to individuals ???

I play mostly squad leader and follow most commander orders. But, only the noobs on my squad follow me, the experienced guys usually go lone wolf.

However, i think we need better commanders. I have had commanders ask me to repair a bridge when im playing a sniper or special forces class.

I have had them ask me to attack a map on the opposite side of the city from where im located, which i usually have to pass by two enemy occupied spawn points to reach.

I have had commanders send me into a spawn point and then lay artillery on me, just as i captured the flag, with no enemy soldiers around me.

I have had commanders give my squad orders that only serve to help the commander not the entire team. (ie. repair my tank so i can go lonewolf as commander, repair my artillery so i can score while i stay in hiding with my sniper rifle as commander, etc).

So i think most commanders arent good at commanding which is why most people dont follow orders.

Need to earn their respect for them to follow you.

Thats why i always get a good squad, they see me scoring high, giving good squad orders and most of all "team work". When my team are snipers, i respawn as supply class to resupply them. When they are attacking a point i play medic to heal them etc.

commanders mostly dont care what squad are there just simply select all and tell all squad to go...

and commander dont get points for altying... so is any kind of killing

most ppl join squad not following orders just as a extra spawn point
