I was wondering, if I was to buy a used BF2 on lets say ebay and the key was used online, making it unusable to me.......... and then I bought a brand new copy of Special Forces with an unused key would that one make the game playable onine?

I'm pretty sure each BF2 series has it's own key only for that game. I doubt you could use an SF key for BF2.Comment

Alright, isn't SF just and expansion over the original though........ just new maps, missions etc? Meh, I won't take the risk i'll just buy it new thanks guys.

You wont be able to SF with your Bf2 cd and vice-versa
