For All Of You Who Have A Radeon 9250 ( I Have A Sapphire One)
I Just Installed The New Bf2 1.21 Patch And All Is Well Again

They Fixed The Pixel Shader 1.4 Support And I Have Played About Ten Different Servers Now

I Will Still Buy A New Card But Atleast All Is Well Now

Yeah i have the card and i knew they were coming out with the fix before the patch. I'm glad they did it too. Actually, i have noticed less lag on 1.21 than 1.12 and definitely less than 1.2. Anyway, I too am probably going to be buying a new card, the only reason i have a 9250 is because my mom thought $99 was too expensive for a video card.

If you're interested in PCI it might be worth posting a thread asking if anyone has gotten a PCI 9200 or 9250 to work with BF2. I know I haven't heard of anyone. Might even convince mods to sticky it for a while.

And yea, with my 9550, i have noticed increased performance, which is grea with 1.21.
