I'd actually do that because the majority of the people that play this game seem to be a bit too much into the opposite direction that BF42/BFV/DC where, majority wins and Dice is giving the majority what it wants, unfortunately that is not in the direction I lean towards.

Only reason I don't have it on ebay, I'm waiting for the mod community to unf*ck this game. So for now, it's on loan to one of my buddies until those mods come out (POE DCon FHope).

For starts, the content in this game is lacking compared to BF42. BF42 had more vehicles and more maps, that was straight out of the box. Then they added even more, for free, in the patches. That's just for starts.

Everyone has their opinion about how they would like the game. Some wish it was back the way it was when it first came out, others like the way it is now. Others think 1.12 was the greatest patch. Me personally...I just wish they would stop changing aspects of the game and work on correcting the bugs. Red/blue tag bug still exists, along with the distance marker. Yes I know it has something to do with the UAV, but the distance marker is annoying and pointless...get rid of it. Red/blue tag bug still exists and personally with the release of 1.2, it has gotten 20x worse. patch 1.12 and below, I saw this bug maybe once a month while playing...I cannot go more than 5 rounds without encountering this bug now. Least that is my opinion...I like the game but just leave it alone already....if you dont like something about the game, dont whine about it, learn to get better and defeat it. That is the whole point about the game...not everyone can be great at everything, and it takes time and skill to master something.

I thought about it if 1.21 didn't fix the fact that i couldn't see buildings. And let me remind you, the question is did you think about it. I did, if it didn't fix it, though, i realized i could just get a new vid card.

Can't think of any software companies that have EVER offered a refund after the product has been used this long. Even stores that give refunds state that after 30 days you are SOL. Thus even talking about a refund now is just silly. Try getting a refund for your new car after driving it for 5 months, or your house, or you clothes, etc. etc. Why even discuss it? It would not happend with anything else, so why BF2?

It makes me laugh when people suggest such things.

Example: You buy a new car and the manufacturer issues a new style of tires for the same model 5 months down the road. Try going into the dealership and demaning they swap your tires out. At that point, you are no longer the cunsumer, you are the owner. Suck it up and move on.

The amount of smart arses in here I thought you would have grasped the concept of the theoretical question.
I am starting to get fed up with EA covering their arses, i wouldnt refund the game cos im currently having so much dman fun playing in the 21CW tourney that completely balances the lame "cover their own asses" patches that keep coming our way.

Well, asking will you is the same as did you think of getting one. In order to get a refund, you have to think of getting a refund, thus all the comments. The simple fact remains that the whole thread is a joke because the subject matter is moot.

Most people would not think of getting a refund because they know it is not a realistic thought. Hence all the remarks.

Seriously, it's an online PC game, if you thought that there would not be any major changes to the gameplay from day one, this must be the first online game you have ever played.
Online game dev's will ALWAYS cave to the pressure of their players. When buying an online game, this is something that you need to accept before you purchase it.

i do feel kind of cheated by Dice with the way the patch's have turned the game adn the non support for SF. But im hoping that the mod community can take what is a nice engine that Dice made and put in a gamer orientated gaming experience instead of a please as many people as u can experience. One is a good game. the other is a money maker.
