That is extremely good, I get about 20-30 in BF2 and around 100 in most other games...

FRAPS or press "~" in-game and type renderer.drawfps 1. The fps is the first number on the top left of your screen.

DO you ever try capturing video of your game with FRAPS? I try with some of my oldest games and the fps averages at a measly 5 or 6. But FRAPS is very usefull for finding FPS, especially when I can route it through my G15 keyboards LCD.
