We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
i cant imageine that you would need to replace it EVERY year. Granted, i am HARD on a keyboard. I have a box of about 20 in the garage. I usually go through a keyboard every 8 months.
i run my own computer company, so i spend unGODLY amounts of time on it, hence their failures (i also type hard) *smile*
i heard rumor that the price of the that optimus keyboard was gonna be around 79-99 USD.
if its under 100, i wouldnt mind buying one a year. but again, i doubt the oled is gonna be the first thing to fail.
again, the idea of being able to custom program each key to me is amazing. Its no easy feat to figure out how to bring some new technology into 'dumb' input devices. Keyboards NEVER change, and we have only seen a few small changes in mice (ie, the MX-1000 laser mouse from logitech, which i own and was WELL worth the 69 USD i spent on it).
Next on the plate are those 'displayed' keyboards the are projections of a keyboard image. Think i saw some of the first prototypes coming out of MIT along with their paper-thin television technologies (gotta love Modern Marvels on the history channel)
