Can't reinstall BF2!

I was going through my computer last night cleaning out some files and old programs, apparently I must have messed something up with BF2 because I downloaded 1.21 today and when i went to install it it said it could not find the intall folder. I tried a couple more times and decided to reinstall BF2. So i uninstalled it and when i go to install it is says it is preparing the installer, the BF2 logo comes up, and then it all goes away and nothing happens!!!!!!!!

This is very frustrating and I really need help!!!

Try looking through this procedure for uninstalling manually. It should remove all traces of BF2 from registry and installed folder.
