Damage level of different shells?

For a tank shell, it does basically the same dmg as AT (HEAT missiles) against vechicles. But when it comes to chopper, it requires only one single tank shot to finish the chopper while it requires two for AT.

For a .50 mounted machine gun, it finishs a chopper w/in 5 sec of consective seconds but it does no dmg against tanks and APCs.

A Chopper chain gun kills infantries in 1-2 shots, while .5 requires more time.
However, when it comes to against enemy's chopper, it only does a little dmg.

APC's main gun suppost to be WAY more powerful then .5, but it is not the case when it goes against chopper....It takes 10-20 secs for it to finish the choppers.

The machine gun in the jets on the other hand are WAY more powerful then .5
It kill infantries in no time. As well as any light/no armour vechicles.



So I wonder what's the dmg rating for each different guns....

I beleive that the tanks/APCs have been coded so that certain weapons cannot hurt them, as their armor is too thick. also, planes use HE rounds i believe.

I must admit. I find it gay that AT rockets wont destroy a healthy Hummvee first time, or at least set it on fire easily.

All to often I hit one coming near me, full on, only for it to smoke. They get out and own me as there's not much you can do when your AT mid reload (or even if you do have your gun out) against 3 people.

A tank needs one shot and a few bullets to wax an healthy jeep. I always feel upset as Im always AT. thats all.

I do agree that some of the damage values seem odd. Especially damage to choppers from APC cannon fire vs .50 machine guns.

Btw, a small tip regarding the APC cannon vs helicopters - it can penetrate the cockpit, so aim there. A chopper ain't much of a threat with a dead pilot.

unless its me where i would just ram the APC.
