What is going on??!

Today, AM I've played some BF2 with the new 1,21 patch... everything was normal as usual. But at the evening something happend. Servers refuse my client when I'm trying to connect. It says something like this: "go back to original versian without changes" WTF???! I've NOT changed anything since playing in the morning...

AND there is another wired story: I managed to join 1 server but is was so buggy I couldnt believe my eyes. The first thing is that cought my sight that I couldnt go prone... and when I steered the mose left my crossair followed it and than started to go back a few milimeters. HERE COMES THE INTERESTING PART: I couldnt kill anyone... I knifed some guy 10x times headshot him a thousand times and nothing happend... he saw me and couldnt kell me either. Noone could kill anyone!! It was so funny staying in the enemy base watching 5 enemie soldiers to run around you and pointing ther gun at you. Finally the got the picture ^^
so WTF is going on have anyone seen this strange phneumenon before???!

yea...
I managed to play on another server an there were ppl coplaining that they cant go prone. Ok forger 1,21 it has even more bugs :cry:

well it seems that they have a tradition of making more bugs with every patch sent out there to fix the bugs.... round and round it goes..

It official :S havent any of oyu see these problems?!
there are 2 possibilities:
a) my clients suck and messes everything up so even others cant play (not likly)
b) some servers run crap 1.21 version that has some bugs

i can't get into bf2 without an immediate crash to the desktop. Shows how much DICE sucks.

None of those problems happened on our server with 1.21. The server crashed once but hey that's nothing unusual. Other than that everything was ok.

Are you sure those servers weren't lagging? That sounds like lag to me?

It means that that particlular server doesn't support 1.21 just yet/

yes, that will happen sometimes, its not just from this patch, ive had it happen twice before in the past. just suddenly it decides ur bf2 has been modified. all you can do is just reinstall bf2.

I think I've found the answer... my bf2.exe was renamed so the pach xouldnt find it and update... thats a good explanation why it didnt let me in some servers..... but what about the server(s) that have gone complitely mad?!?! I will have to test it tonight :)
