After 1.21 i can tell where is BFvanilla servers and where is SF.. The green N2 is gone? anyone having same problem?

well none of the bf2 servers on my browser are updated yet all the ea official ones are red :-(

You can use the filters at the bottom to make sure they're all vanilla or SF... I hope this isn't another bug :cry:

Isn't that what happens when the server is down or it's running a mod you don't have installed?

Mine was missing the computer/64 and the "2" until I rebooted. Then they all showed up again.

The BF2 browser sucks. Why does it take several seconds for it to acknowledge that you even clicked on something? Is it the year 1985?

I try to only use xfire.

Well, I still can't search for specific maps like I used to be able to pre-1.2. :|:

I have tried all of the following:

Gulf
Gulf%
%Gulf
%Gulf%
Oman
%Oman
%Oman%

and even...

Gulf Of Oman

All of the above empties my server list. :wall:


Update: I was messing around with the filter settings, and it seems that it's the "Populated" filter item that's still buggy. (That item has been buggy for me since the game's release.) If I uncheck that item, I can then type either "Gulf" or even just "Oman" and get back a list, most of which, incidentally, are populated.
