2 Nades Thrown at Once??

I have recently noticed that sometimes instead of throwing 1 nade you throw 2 nades, ITS CS SOURCE BETA ALL OVER AGAIN AAA!!!!

how recently?
patch 1.21 has/should have fixed this - from playing I believe it has been addressed (C4, medic and supply bags etc.)

This still happens to me, ammo bags, nades, medi bags, flashbangs, everything :/

Ditto. Still throwing multiples of everything. Wouldn't be a bad thing if they actually LANDED as multiples, lol.
