Twas the night before hotfix
and all through Dice’s house
not a tester was testing
not one click of a mouse

The offices were all empty
Not one employee in site
A sign read “we are finished , we’ve patched things up right”

“what name bug? what lag?”
“you people are sickening”
“we nerfed shooting while jumping”
“why add to the list of things that need fixing?”

I sat down at my desk in my office at dice
I had to scratch my head, and I have no lice
Why didn’t we patch what deserved our insight?
Why did we release this worthless 13 megabytes?

Then I powered up the pc
I Loaded battlefield 2
My teammates names were red
And they punished me too!

I hopped in the AA
We said the missiles were tweaked
But strange , these heat seekers
no longer heat seeked!

I tried the screen capture and boy was I smirking!
EUREKA weve done it!!! Weve got something working!

I leaned back in my chair
Poot my feet on the desk
Such a successful patch! what should we fix next?
I looked for the list of important fixes too see which to expect
I checked under the rug (because that’s where it’s kept)

Since I couldn’t find it, I called it a night.
we can patch this patches’ patch and then patch another one right?
