Crazy Graphic Porblem

Well i played fine last night...Exited and loaded it today to see some crazy stuff...

It takes ages to come to the Account screen and it looks like this

weird it tried that before and it didnt work...

did it again and it did work

still takes a long time to load though unlike usaly

I've had this before also; and also had a few lasers shoot around the screen but that was fixed with a new driver.

for some reason the movies dont load... just quit and restart nextime it happens

Only happens to me when I load up a MOD. More specifically the EF weapons mod.

I just simply click the close... then singleplayer. and the game works fine.

i deleted all the movies out of the movies folder
