With Single Player:

The diference of gamemode BF2 Conquest and gamemode Joint Operations Coop is:

In JointOps when the player conquest a flag, this flag is imposible to reconquest with the bots (enemies)...

the mision is conquest the all flags of the map...

how to convert the Original Conquest GameMode in a "Mision" GameMode?

The player capture flag by flag...and the enemies Bots defend the flags

Great idea,

It will require you to understand pyton coding intimately, because you will need to rewrite the 20 some odd files to integrate and modifity to allow what your interested in doing. It would be a challenge.
