Clan tryouts story
Ok so me and a friend were trying out for a clan, we were on Gulf of Omen (32), we had to deffend the flag that stood under the crane. I was positioned on top of the crane i was AT, i knew that i had a few Team members below me, before i go on i would like to note this: my friend got on my computer and switched my keys around he switched my parachute key back to nine when i had it as F so it was within my left hands reach. Ok so 5 minutes into the tryouts i see 2 HMMV's filled with soldiers and an APC. I shot a ERYX at one HMMV from the crane i missed, by the time i was ready to fire again all of the people in the HMMV's were below me and the APC was behind a building. So my Team is getting slaughtered and the only thing i can do that is effective is chuck some grenades down, while doing so i hear an explosion, realizing that it was an artilery strike i jumped down from the crane. So i am very close to landing on the ground when out of NOWHERE my last Team mate goes prone right below me, and since my keys were switched i landed on my Team mate killing both me and him. Good news was that i still made it into the clan and everyone thought that it was so funny which raised my ego quite a bit.

lol thats pretty cool. Be engineer. Place mines at the top of that ramp area outside of the fence. People also just drive right up there and never think about it. (of course they might expect if you are defending the flag) also place mines along that back area to get into the base. on kinda behind that litlte dip so they wont see it, and another a way off from it so it won't explode along with that mind so you dont have just 1 kill. Anyways if it worked out the way they would least expect it, you could've blew up the APC and both humvees with everyone in it and people would be like :O u super l33t! also if they dont blow up you can be on one of the buildings (or crane of course) which is always smart because they can never defend just one, and start lobbing grenades down into that open trash bin thing where people always hide, or just right out in the open. If that doesn't do it, get out your trusty shotgun and blow the rest away.

yes. please tell us how the hell you thought you would be more effective using grenades instead of a Rocket against a hummvee and an APC.

first off you guys need to take the time to read the story and yes i do realize that i ****ed up on the story with the grenades, not sure what i was thinking, and i am sure alot of you are sitting at your computer going "Oh well i know what he was thinking. How about i make up some cool story so i will seem cool on the fourms." so believe what you want, doesn't make you or me any better of a player at BF2 or at life.Comment
