Lord of the RIngs Battle For middle earth 2 problems

WHen i try to connect online i get LOGIN TIMED OUT and im not the only one getting this
my friend is getting it too
has this happend to anyone else and know how to fix or what to do?

After trying to log in 5 times and getting a pop up saying "Dont rush me" kind of message (Well not really but just the way EA and Gayspy put it). I manged to get on then computer locks up 1 minute later :cussing: Shows how good EA is with their products. Well it just locks up and I cant exit out so I have to force a reboot by pressing the green button which starts the computer. Wow talk about crazyness from one product when going online. Hint hint.

All I did was switch between War of the Ring tab, then to Custom, then to some other online mode then back to main menu where it froze 5 seconds later and wouldn't let me minimize it, ALt F4 it or Ctrl + Alt + Del. Video stopped playing so thats when you know it froze on you.

have you given your firewall permission?
