joystick problems

my control settings dont recognise my logitech wingman joystick.
help please

So you are not able to map joystick buttons or axes in the BF2 control options screen?

You have to double click in one of the boxes in the second column beside the action you want to bind and then click the joystick button/move the axis to bind it.

BF2 isn't set up to automatically use a joystick..you have to configure it.

yeh, thats what is not being recognised, although my joystick is working properly when I test it in windows control panel
