Offical word on Claymores!!!

The 1.21 patch has reduced the amount of active claymores in the world. A live sniper can only drop 2 claymores maximum even if they've been rearmed.

I thought that was the case now? You can drop as many as you want before 1.21?

Also, now that FF is getting turned back on for mines and such, I think there'll be alot less spamming, too.

It's not getting turned back on. . . they just suggest that it should be turned on. . . but it is not required. I suspect little will change.

The thing with claymores is that they need to be able to be blown up with grenades. That's it. I am not sure why they removed this functionality. The only way to remove a claymore if you are not a sniper is by running up and having it explode.

Get the points now before they turn down the damage. Its cheap but as we do in real war... Exploite the loop-holes, win the fight.
