to post. I love BF2. I have little spare time with my work and family life. I choose to spend this time on games, lately BF2. I have spent hours (at work sporadicly) readng through all your posts, and all I can think of to say is "what a waste". There is some truly inspired creative garbunked on this forum that has helped me to play this game better, and a bunch of tripe too. It's a video game! I enjoy playing as a 'clan member', and I enjoy and respect the effort put forth by various members, but it's still a video game. How can anyone take this so seriously? Go go go...

Re: suddenly I have the time
wasp, I can't speak for everyone else, but for me, BF2 is a competition. I'm too competitive when I'm playing to NOT take it seriously. When I get out on the battlefield, it's my objective to do 2 things: win the game, and get the most points. Some days I just feel like messing around in the chopper, or fly a jet. But most of the time, I'm either trying to win, or dominate the other players. It is still a game - but for me, my competitive spirit won't allow me to not take it seriously.Comment
