VOIP issue, please help :)

ok, so im trying to get my mic working..

and yes, i have it enabled, & i tested it & made it all fine, theres a mic boost, & the volume is all the way up. I can hear myself, but i cant hear anyone else chatting on their mics..

& yes i made sure i was in a battle como server, & tried quite a few times, one guy helped me out in game & tried talking for me, but i couldnt hear him..

whats with this?

You were in the same squad with the guy right? Voip only works between squad members and the commander.
