Is it just me or does rank mean absolutely nothing to a player's skill? Don't automatically assume if you see someone with a high rank to be an intelligent player. More often than not, he's pretty much a fool. Are you a medic and see him calling for one yet, well, runs away from you as you toss him med pack after pack? And similarly with an ammo pack? What's the deal, people? I can remember the days when people were generous as hell with packs, yet now, everyone is extremely selfish and only looking for #1. And what's with no one looking after the Medic? If he is killed in battle, be f-ckin' intelligent, pick up his pack and revive him. Who else will revive you if you fall in battle? Each passing game I am becoming more and more frustrated with the idiots that play this game and aren't considerate of their teammates. I know this ranting will accomplish absolutely nothing, but I want to call out the morons. Christ, where is a decent 64 player server with actually intelligent players?

Re: Increase of idiot 'veterans'?
i only pick up the medic kit to revive a medic if its a squad leader.......i suck with the medic kit....
running away from medic/support is only a few of the idiotic things...
chopper whoring even though they cant fly, and always crash
standing by waiting for a vehicle even though the base is being taken.....still waiting even though its white.....lol....still waiting even though its now taken, and nothing will spawn there...then dead
leaving the team behind in the only vehicle
and ofcourse general smacktardism....tking for vehicles, forcing tks, claymore spamming(new one)....bunnyhopping/dolphin diving(no longer applies)
and the list goes on -

pubbin can be frustrating...that's why its better to join a unit (clan) and find a home where you can hook up with a squad of player that wants to work together and aren't clueless.Comment

Just a lot of morons play the game. Really you just have to deal with it. Or better yet, find some friends to play with and just stick with them, ignore the rest of the idiots :pComment

Re: Increase of idiot 'veterans'?
Ranks, medals/ribbons, and all global stats have very little to do with people being good players.
I was at Dragon Valley as an engineer, and I decided to hop into a tank being driven by the commander, who happened to be a lieutenant. He gets about halfway down the road and decides it's time to stop and command. So we're sitting ducks in the middle of the map with the gun pointed straight in the air, not even looking scary. Finally, he finishes and maneuvers the tank to flank the chinese airbase, where I spot a helicopter coming in for repairs. I 'spot' it so the driver can see and open fire like crazy on it. My driver decides that this isn't the precise position he wants and starts to drive away leaving the now severly smoking helicopter to repair, and go on it's way. I spam the 'spotted' button a few more times, but then I see that we're driving into the middle of the chinese base.
There's infantry everywhere, and I'm spotting and firing like mad. The commander, however, seeming very calm. So calm, in fact, that he didn't fire a single shot. He just drove right on without even stopping, while I was desperately trying to stop a guy who was aiming a TOW at us. I got him, but not before the missile launched. It lit our tank on fire, so I quick bailed and started wrenchin away, saving the tank and our commander. Now, our commander notices infantry. A big scary assault guy coming forward to kill me. So instead of shooting him, or moving between him and me, our commander decides to flee as quickly as possible in reverse, running me over in the process.
So, you see, rank doesn't equal smarts.Comment

Re: Increase of idiot 'veterans'?
I think its becouse a lot a of ppl dont use enlish voices only and just dont know what what the other said (and beeing too busy to read a thing).
When I'm a medic I'm not realy after team points so I wont go and suicide myself to get 2 or more revive points and just to get killed in sec. First I cleat out the are than I save whoever I can, well if its only 1 person of 3 than its worth it.
If someone calling for medicine I grab a car and give it to him. Medics class is also good for "sniping" "assaulting" "knfinig" so use it wisely :)Comment

oh and I forgot to add that NEVER expect others to cover you... no way... they would rather watch how you duel an assault guy with your pistol bleeding to death or just start shooing creasy and kill you both -.-Comment

Re: Increase of idiot 'veterans'?
Since 1.2 I hardly toss Medicpacks anymore. I mainly deploy one in a fighting area, when I am leaving and I use one when I am going own for a longrange firefight, it gives me 2 lives. Besides that I rather heal when running close to someone, since they never pick up the pack and when trowing packs you will lose the ability to revive. With less health you can wait a few seconds, with no health you just got 15 seconds to handle.Comment

yeah, many high ranking players have only played for a long time. If youre half good and play for 1500 hrs youre bound to get somewhereComment
